Review
During the initial complementary consultation, we will listen to the issues you’re facing. We will ask questions to further understand your needs, desired relationship, and listen closely to your answers to ensure we will provide value. If we’re not what you need, we'll tell you.  Should you choose to continue with Optimal Solutions past the introductory meeting, we will take an active approach to help solve your company's issues.

Analysis
There is no substitute for “fact-based” decision making.  Once engaged as an advisor, we will begin the analysis phase.  The data gathering can take several forms: discussions with owner/employees, review of existing reports, observations of operations, outside research, etc.  Only after a thorough investigation of the facts and the appropriate analysis, can we make a determination of what actions to take and what path to follow.

Recommendation / Implementation
Based on our analysis of the situation, we will make a recommendation on the optimal course of action to pursue.  Together, we will create an implementation schedule to achieve agreed upon goals.  If appropriate, we can assist with the implementation, staying through the process until the agreed upon solutions are in place.  Sometimes, having an “outsider” involved can be a significant advantage, for example, implementing change management, or providing training and orientation to new processes/procedures.
